We all vary on where we are on the spectrum of mental and physical health now and over time.  Beyond basic survival needs like sleep and food, there may be biological or physiological factors beyond our control that can impact our health.  Mental and physical health are interrelated, so it is important to recognize and address signs and symptoms of disorder to maintain overall health.

We also derive hope in different ways and solutions differ in approach as well, so finding the right combination is key.  Each of us are shaped by unique life experiences as times change, so no one solution works for everyone.  My Choice for Hope offers a variety of support options to help connect people with solutions that fit their particular needs and preferences to inspire hope.
